Ingredients
6 slices of bread, toasted & cubed8 oz shredded cheddar cheese8 large eggs4 cups 2%Milk1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1 tsp yellow mustard1/4 cup chopped onion or 2/3 tsp onion powder10 slices of bacon
Directions
Place cubed pieces of toast in 9x13 dish. Spred shredded cheese over pieces of toast. Mix slightly blended eggs, milk, salt, pepper, mustard, & onion and pour over cheese and toast. Place in oven at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes until eggs are set. Meanwhile, cook bacon and crumble. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top of casserole during the last 10 minutes of baking. Half of this recipe serves a family of 4!
