1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup) 0.5 cup Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice 1.5 cup, grated Carrots, raw .5 cup, chopped Walnuts .5 cup Nuts: coconut, dried, shredded/grated: unsweetened (1 cup) (by GEMINIGAY) .5 cup Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup 1 small box (1.5 oz) Raisins 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 cup Canola Oil
Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients.
Cook @ 325degees for about 1 hour.
