Brown Rice and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 stalks Celery, cooked 6 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) 1.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic .5 cup Soy Sauce 0.5 cup Spinach, frozen 1.5 cup slices Carrots, cooked 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Cook rice according to package.
Boil veggies in a small amount of water for 1 to 2 minutes. Drain water.
Saute garlic in olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add rice, veggies and soy sauce. Cook 1 to 2 minutes.
