1 cup Spinach, fresh 1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 serving Cuties California Clemintine Oranges (1 clemintine) .5 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) .5 cup, unthawed Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened .5 serving greek god's greek yogurt traditional plain .5 serving Tropicana Orange Juice (8 oz) .3 tsp Cinnamon, ground .3 tbsp Honey 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
Choose an afternoon to measure, cut and prepare all food items. Store in zip lock bags or air tight containers.
