Crock Pot Pulled Pork

Ingredients
2.37 lb Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 16 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar .5 cup Cider Vinegar 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Slice onion and place in bottom of crockpot. Place pork on top of onion. Combine seasoning packet with ketchup, brown sugar, cider vinegar and water. Pour over pork. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Shred pork with two forks. Serve with rolls.
