Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts , skinned, cubed 3 cloves garlic, pressed1tsp salt1tbsp pepper1 med onion1 can mushrooms, sliced1 cup brown rice3 cups water1 can tomato paste, 6 oz.1can tomato sauce, 14 oz.
Directions
Fry chicken, garlic,salt, pepper, onions and mushrooms until chicken is tender and white
Add rice, water, paste, sauce and bring to a boil. Cover and continue to cook rice, you may need to add more water
