Sticky Sweet N Sour Chicken

2 clove garlic, crushed 1 tbsp butter1/2 cup white vinegar1/4 cup water1/4 cup soy sauce1/2 cup Trivia brown sugar blend2 1/2 kilograms of chicken drumsticks (approx 24)2 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with small amount of water)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a large baking pan with parchment.
Place chicken on pan and bake drumsticks for approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour. (you may want to reduce cooking time if using wings or drumettes instead of drumsticks)
They should be cooked and look somewhat dry.
remove from oven and heat the broiler, leaving rack in oven in the centre.
In a small saucepan ver medium-high heat, melt butter. Add garlic. Cook for a minute or two. Add vinegar, water and soy sauce. Add Truvia and cook until sweetener has dissolved.
Add cornstarch and water. Cook until thickened. remove from heat.
Using a basting brush, brush sauce over chicken. Reserve approximately 2/3rds of sauce.
Pop into the broiler for approximately 3-4 minutes. You want the sauce to start to dry out, get browner and bubble.
Remove chicken from oven and repeat until all the sauce has been used.
The chicken will be sweet, sticky and tangy.
