Ingredients
Whole Chicken1/2 cup butter2 cups of rice2 cups of thin noodlesSalt and Pepper to tasteWater
Directions
Boil the chicken for two hours, season the water with salt. When the chicken is done, take it out of the water, and set aside to cool. In a pan, melt the butter, and then put the noodles on top; cook until transparent, then put the rice. Put 8 cups of the broth into the rice, and let it come to a boil, and then simmer for about 20 minutes. meanwhile, the take the skin off the chicken, and then take all the chicken out until the bare bone, throw bone and skin away. Cut chicken into chunks. When the rice is ready, place the chicken on top, and mix. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
