2.5 cup Oats, Quaker 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup Orange juice, fresh 0.25 cup Milk, Kirkland Whole (by HAMI41) 2 tsp Baking Powder 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder, Hershey's Natural Unsweetened (unlisted nutrients estimated from USDA website) 20 almond Almonds 0.3 cup, chopped Pecans 0.5 cup (not packed) Raisins 3 tbsp Honey 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted 0.5 tbsp Salt 1.5 tsp Baking Soda
Wet Ingredients:
1. Mash the bananas
2. Mix the mashed bananas, orange juice, butter, eggs, milk and honey well in a Bowl
Dry Ingredients:
3. Chop almonds and pecans
4. Grind 2 cups of oats into coarse powder
5. Mix the ground oatmeal powder, remaining raw oats, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, chopped almonds, chopped pecans and raisins in a bowl
6. Combine both wet and dry ingredients well
7. Pour the mixture in a 12x8 muffin tray and bake it on 325 for 20-25mins
