Ingredients
1/2 cup Salsa1/4 Avocados, California (Haas)1/4 lime, yields Lime Juice1/4 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen1/2 cup Bulgur, cooked1/4 cup Bush's Low Sodium Black Beans
Directions
Bring 1/2 cup water (add boullion if desired) to a boil, stir in 1/4 cup Bulgur, cover and turn off heat... leave until all water is absorbed, approximately 20-30 minutes.

Place the cooked Bulgur in bowl, add Salsa, Black Beans, Corn and Avocado, in that order. Squeeze juice from lime over... Enjoy
