2 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 1 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 1 cup Spinach, fresh .5 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) .5 cup, sliced Mangos 1 serving Clementine 1 serving Apple, Gala (medium)
Directions
Add water and blend. Amount of water depends on amount of frozen fruit so it's not too thick.
