Sole Layered Casserole

Ingredients
1 cup Pasta, La Moderna FIDEO (by FEENYMCMEANY) 1 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese .67 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 cup Spinach, fresh 4 serving Sole, broiled (3 oz. cooked)
Directions
A. Oven = 400 degrees
B. Saute onions until cooked through - add spinach until wilted
C. Spray casserole dish the veggie spray
D. Spread macaroni in dish.
E. Lay a bed of sliced tomato. Salt & Pepper to taste.
F. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over tomatoes.
G. Spread the onion and spinach mix over the tomatoes. S&P to taste.
F. Lay sole pieces and sprink;e with 1/4 cup cheddar

Bake 30 minutes
