Gluten free Black Bean Brownies - Microwave version!

Ingredients
.5 cup Beans, black 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder, Hershey's Natural Unsweetened (unlisted nutrients estimated from USDA website) 1 oz Milk (Silk) Pure Almond - Unsweet Vanilla (by JYM82002) 2 serving Egg white, large 0.12 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten-free Flour Mix (by FIT_ARTIST) 1.5 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener
Directions
Cook black beans until tender. Smash them by hand/spoon or blend. Mix them with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Split the mixture into 2 microwave safe bowls.

For each bowl, heat for 2 minutes. Top with cool whip or dairy free topping, and enjoy!
