1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat .5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 1 tsp Garlic powder .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 0.125 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)
1. put yogurt into small bowl or cup to store.
2. Zest 1/2 lemon
3. Squeeze in all juice of 1/2 lemon
4. Add Garlic and Cayenne
5. Stir
6. Chop 1/8 cucumber into TINY (I mean SMALLLL) peices and toss in
7. Stir
