Sneak-the-veges Meatloaf

Ingredients
8 oz Lean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat 4 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained .3 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 6 strips Sweet peppers (bell) 2 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 2 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach .125 cup Cheese - 2% - 4 Cheese Mexican - Shredded - Kroger 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup Tomato Sauce
Directions
Mix all the ingredients well, top with tomato sauce*, and a sprinkle of cheese. Bake at 300 until done to liking.

*I make my own tomato sauce.
