1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes 2 serving I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp 1 serving Borden Fat Free Pepper Jack (slice) 1 serving Green Giant Chopped Spinach 1 serving Mission 100% Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla (1 tortilla) 1 serving Schwan's Turkey Breast, boneless/skinless, 4oz (by 09SPARKME)
In a skillet heat 1 tbs butter over medium heat, cook turkey (I season with Bada complete seasoning & salt/pepper) when cooked remove turkey set aside, saute spinach and tomatoes in skillet until soft, remove and set to the side, then add 1 more tbs butter in skillet place tortilla into skillet, place pepper jack cheese,turkey and spinach and tomatoes onto 1/2 of tortilla, then fold tortilla over pepperjack cheese, cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side so that each side is nice and toasty brown. Remove and serve.
