Peta's Gluten Free Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
200 mL Milk, 3.25% 1 tbsp Corn flour(starch) (by CRAIGZEKI) .25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tbsp Parsley
Directions
Whisk the milk and corn-flour together, and microwave on high for 2 minutes - stiring every 20 seconds. Add cheese and microwave for a further 30 seconds, mix well. Add parsley and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
