savory beef ribs and sauerkraut

Ingredients
3 lb Beef ribs 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia. Baked Potato, with skin 3 cup Saurkraut (by TARAWAY23) 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup 2 clove Garlic 2 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
heat/brown the ribs and garlic in the crockpot for about 20 minutes. Combine Sauerkraut, cream of mushroom soup, and cheese in a bowl. Cut potatoes into 6 pieces each and add to crock pot. Pour in sauerkraut mixture and one cup of water. Cover and cook on high for about 3 hours.
