Soft Raisin Protein Cookies

2 cup, packed Raisins 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup Butter, salted 84 tsp Splenda 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1.5 cup Flour, white 6 serving EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 cup, chopped Walnuts
Put raisins and water in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes; remove from heat, let cool. Do not drain.
In another bowl combine butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to butter/sugar mixture and mix thoroughly.
Using a small ice cream (cookie) scoop drop on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
