Apple Pie Power Cheesecake Dessert

Ingredients
1 C. fat-free cottage cheese (whipped smooth)1 TBS. Jello-Sugar Free Pudding mix- (vanilla or cheesecake flavor)1 tsp. vanilla or butter flavored extract1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon3 packets of Splenda sweetener.pinch of ground cloves1/2 a medium apple diced.W.W. Tortilla (optional)(nutritional information includes the WW tortilla)
Directions

Whip cottage cheese in blender until smooth (if too thick add just a splash of skim milk)

Add other ingredients (EXCEPT APPLE) to blender and mix until well combined.

DON'T OVER MIX

Chill in fridge for 15-20 mins.

When ready to eat add apple or other fruit of your choice) and a small amount of reduced fat or sugar free whipped topping.

(eat plain or in a wheat tortilla or with cinnamon wheat tortilla chips)
