Garlic Lime Dip

Ingredients
garlic cloves, roughly 5-8white balsamic vinegar, roughly 4-6 tbspolive oil, roughly 4-6 tbsplime juice, two limes worth + the zests
Directions
Chop very finely the garlic, or food processor it.
Add the lime juice, zest, vinegar, and olive oil.
Mix.
Dip all sorts of tasty, starchy things in it.
Also good with salads and chicken.
