1 Boneless Center Cut Pork Chop (Thin - 4 oz.) 8 oz Redskin Potato15 beans (4" long) Green Beans 1 tsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Dressing - Ranch seasoning mix (powdered)1.5 Garlic cloves
400°. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Place chop, quartered potatoes and beans in a single layer. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with ranch seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste. Roast for20-22 min. Then broil for 2-3 min. Serve!
