one pan cilantro-lime chicken and rice with black beans

Ingredients
16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 tbsp Canola Oil 2 serving Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic,water,phosphoric acid) (by HANSOMEBOY) 1.5 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 2 tbsp search for each ingredient in a turkey sandwich vs "turkey sandwich with swiss on wheat" 2 tsp Lime Zest (by SMARTIEBEE) 1 fl oz Lime Juice 1.25 cup Bush's, Black Beans 2 cup Brown Rice Mahatma Natural Whole Grain Rice (1/4 cup) 2 tbsp Cilantro, dried
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Once hot add chicken, with salt and pepper, and saute until cooked through, about 6 minutes, adding in garlic at last minute of cooking. Stir in broth, chiles, lime zest and juice, black beans and season with salt and pepper. Bring mixture to a boil and add rice, fully immerse rice in broth, and allow to boil 20 seconds, then remove from heat and immediately cover with a lid.
If needed, return pan to medium heat and cook and toss 1 minute to allow rice to absorb excess moisture. Remove from heat, toss in cilantro and let rest uncovered 3 minutes.
