Mikado Teriaki Chicken

Ingredients
36.5 oz Raw Whole Chicken 16 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
Directions
Pull the skin off the chicken and either flatten it or cut in standard pieces. Place the chicken in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to eight hours. Remove the chicken from the sauce and serve with rice, noodles or on a roll as a sandwich.
