.5 cup Sprouts bulk steel cut oats (1 cup cooked) 8 oz Kroger brand Vanilla Almond Milk (by HOMELESSDOG) 4 tbsp Chia Seed, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free (Bulk Barn) (by RYLATORR)
Directions
Soak over night - mix 1/4 cup with 1/4 cup almond milk and add whatever else you like in your oatmeal
