Quick Chicken Cacciatori

Ingredients
10 chicken thighs, bone and skin removed 1 can Italian Style Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz) 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)8 medium mushrooms, sliced1 medium (2-1/2" dia.) onion, sliced2 cloves of garlic, diced Oregano, Basil, garlic salt, onion powder
Directions
Coat skillet with no calorie olive oil spray and saute onions and garlic until softened. Sprinkle chicken thighs with garlic salt, onion powder and remaining spices. Brown in skillet with onions and garlic. Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and more spices, if desired. Simmer until done, 30-40 minutes.
