Cherie's Butternut Squash Soup (Lactose Free)

1 tsp Nutmeg, ground .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 1 clove Garlic 1 dash Pepper, black 10 oz Fairlife - 2% Milk (Ultra Filtered) Water
Bake the butternut squash at 350 degrees for 50 minutes (Just a small one) drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper prior to baking
Sauté onion in a tablespoon of olive oil for 2-3 minutes, add scooped out butternut squash, cloves, nutmeg, salt, pepper, chicken broth and milk let it come to a boil. Add minced garlic and cook for a few more minutes. Place the soup in your blender and blend well. Enjoy
