Pineapple-Rice Compote

Ingredients
1 15 1/4 ounce can crushed pineapple (juice packed)1 1/3 cups of orange juice4 teaspoons brown sugarDash ground allspice1 1/3 cups of quick-cooking rice
Directions
In a medium saucepan stir together the undrained pineapple, orange juice, brown sugar, and ground allspice. Bring to boiling. Remove from heat; stir in rice. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Transfer to serving bowls. Sprinkle with additional allspice, if desired. Makes 4 servings
