12 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 2 tsp McCormick Enchilada Sauce Mix (by RITANAN) .50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic .50 tsp Salt 4 serving Old El Paso Chopped Green Chiles 1 cup Canned Tomatoes 2 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 tsp Parsley, dried 1 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend 1 cup Tomato juice, with salt added
Brown meat. Drain. Add garlic, onion and tomato juice. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add seasoning mix, green chilies, parsley, and chipped tomatoes. Heat, then and rice. Put in 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Top with cheese an put back in oven till melted.
