I made this recipe as above, but added cauliflower too. I used skim milk instead of sour cream. I microsteamed the cauliflower, then put it in my food processor with cream cheese. It made it into a rice texture. I sprinkled each portion with 1/8c mozz cheese. VERY GOOD and filling. - 2/8/11

this was delish!! i just tweaked it by using a lil milk instead of sour cream and substituting feta for mozzarella.i also threw in some cooked pasta shells to make more like a casserole. - 8/16/10

Great tasting turkey dish! I used fresh mushrooms and spinach plus a bit more garlic. I added just a little low fat sour cream and cut back on the mozzarella. Yum! : ) - 1/3/13

Very good! Everyone in my family ate it, even the friend! I did use fresh mushrooms and 1% milk instead of the sour cream-if I used the cream it probably wouldn't have been as thin. I served it over tri-colored rottini and my husband ate it as a sandwich on wheat bread :) Thanks for this recipe - 3/9/11

This was really, really good. Even my very picky eater son liked it. I used fresh spinach and mushrooms. And used half the mozzerella and sour cream the recipe called for. It was soooo good!! I cannot wait to make it again. - 1/4/11

Made this for dinner when I was looking for something new to do with ground turkey & it was awesome! For flavor I added basil, onion & garlic powder. To decrease fat replace mozarella with 1/4 c Parmigiano-Reggiano & decrease mozzarela on top to 1/4 c or replace w/ breadcrumbs. DH LOVED it!!! - 12/5/08
