1-1/3 cups blueberries2/3 yellow bell pepper2/3 red bell pepper2 cloves garlic1/2 red onion1/4 cup cilantro2/3 jalapeno pepper2T lemon juicesalt & pepper
Finely chop all vegetables. Mix with blueberries and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Let sit for as long as possible - it's even better the second day.
