Brown Rice Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients
Directions
1 large Green Bell Pepper1/2 cup brown rice4 table spoons hot sauce1/4 cup canned white beans1/4 cup chopped white onion1 table spoons bread crumbs1 teaspoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook rice according to directions with onion and hot sauce in water. After it is done add white beans in pan with rice. Take off heat.
Core peppers and remove all seeds. Rinse then stuff with rice and bean mixture.
Mix bread crumbs and olive oil together. Top stuffed peppers with bread crumbs.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
