Ingredients
raw sweet potatomrs. dash (or comparable no-salt seasoning)salt to tastePam cooking spray
Directions
- use a carrot peeler to shave the sweet potato or other tuber you may like
- sprinkle on the mrs. dash, lightly
- spray Pam on the chips
- mix to coat chips with seasoning and Pam
- spread out chips over a foil-lined baking pan
- cook at 450 until crispy
- lightly salt to taste

    I tried the peeling method and found that my 'chips' were too thin and just burned. So I made some into fries and thinly sliced the second batch. I also used Olive Oil spray and mixed up cinnamon/sugar, plain salt, and rotisseire chicken seasoning (not all together but in seperate batches. - 7/4/09
