Cherry Vanilla Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 C water1/2 C Oatmealpinch of salt ( kosher is best)2TB dried Cherries 1/2 tsp vanilla1 TB cherry jam ( polaner all fruit is good)2 TB soy milk or low fat depending on your tastescan also add 2 TB raisins if desired, or use other fruits and jams.
Directions
Put cherries in water bring to boil make oatmeal as usual. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and Jam. Put in bowl pour milk over and enjoy. Very tasty and good for you!
