Simple Beef Shepherd's Pie

1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 large Onions, raw 1 cup Peas, frozen 16 oz Ground beef, lean 4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated 3 tbsp Argo Cornstarch 4 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
Preheat Oven 425
1. Boil potatoes until tender.
2. Spray pan with cooking spray, saute Onions until clear.
3. Add Ground Beef, season, chop, and cook until brown.
4. Add Beef Stock, bring to a boil.
5. Add peas and carrots.
6. Mix cornstarch in water until smooth, add to meat mixture, stir until think. Turn off heat.
6. Mash potatoes with Almond Milk, Garlic, and Season.
7. Fill meat mixture half way in a 9" pie pan.
8. Dollop Mashed potatoes on top of meat mixture, spread out to edges.
9. Bake 30-45 Mins or until potatoes are brown.
