1 fruit without seeds Lemons 1 tsp Salt 4 serving Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (4 oz raw) (by DEBBEV) 2 1tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 clove Garlic 2 cup Orzo Pasta 1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 oz Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted 8 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato
Brown the Chicken, Onion, Carrots & Garlic in Olive Oil. Add to pressure cooker. Add Orzo, Chicken Stock & Water. Season with Salt & Pepper. Pressure cook on High for 4 minutes. Let the pressure drop naturally for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure using the quick release method. Top with Olives & Tomatoes. Top with Feta Cheese (Feta not included in this calorie count).
