Tex Mex Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

3 5 oz Chicken Breast - boneless, skinless, raw 1 Tbsp Taco Seasoning 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour, Unbleached Enriched 4 Tbsp Safflower Oil - Irresistibles 6 Tbsp Green Tomato Salsa
Flatten each chicken breast to about 1/4" thick.
Mix the taco seasoning with the flour on a plate.
Heat the oil in a large pan. When the oil is hot, dredge each breast in the flour, shaking off the excess and place them in the hot oil. Cook the chicken for 5 - 6 minutes per side. When cooked remove from pan and place on a paper lined plate to remove any excess oil.
Serve with 2 tablespoons of green tomato salsa, either on top or on the side.
