3/4 pancake mix1tbsp of oil1/2 cup soymilk (plus 2tbsp of milk or water)optional1/4 cup of blueberries
Directions
stir in all ingredients until lumps disappear.

cook on preheated 375-400 lightly oiled griddle or pan.

turn over when side begin to dry and top begins to bubble.
