Baked Jalapeno Poppers

12 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 8 oz Cream Cheese 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/2 small Onions, finely chopped 3 slices of bacon-cooked and crumbled 1 fl oz Lime Juice
Using gloves cut peppers long ways and remove seeds. Wash and set aside to dry. Mix cream cheese, onion, cheddar, lime juice and bacon bits together in a bowl. Spoon into the pepper halves and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
