potato dumplings

Ingredients
potato , butter golds, 16 oz (remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup (remove)*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, .6 cup (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
bake the potatos, in the microwave till done, and cool them. once cool remove skins and mash, add the remaining ingredients, then drop 1 inch size balls into boining salted water and cook for 7 min, dumplings will be floating at the top. remove from water with slotted spoon.
