Chocolate Chip Protein Bars.2

Directions
1 cup vanilla protein powder1/2 cup rice flour2 cups gluten free oats1/2 cup rice bran (I use EnerG brand)1/2 tsp cinnamon3/4 tsp salt1/2 cup of raisins (or chocolate chips)1 1/2 cups plain lowfat yogurt1/2 cup peanut butter (softened)2 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp stevia
Mix all wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls.
Fold wet ingredients into dry and spread in sprayed 9X13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until just firm enough to cute and separate. Put bars on sprayed cookie sheet leaving space in between each bar. Bake another 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
