Amish-Style Apple and Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
3 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Salt 16 tsp truvia baking blend (by KAMAEMMERSON) 2.5 cup Milk, 1% 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 5 tbsp Butter, salted 2 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. Cut apple into small chunks, place in bottom of 9x13 baking pan. Beat eggs, milk and vanilla. combine with dry ingredietns, mix in melted butter. Pour over apples in pan and spread evenly. Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes.
