Maige's Blueberry Flax Muffins

Ingredients
Combine:1 c. Flour1/3 c. Sugar1/4 tsp. Salt2 tsp. Baking Powder1/2 c. Wheat Germ1/4 c. Wheat Bran1/4 c. (or 4 tbsp.) of Flax Seeds or Flax MealMix Well.Add:2 Egg Whites3/4 c. Skim Milk1/4 c. Canola OilMix until dry ingredients are just moistened.DO NOT OVER MIX - muffins will get tough.Fold in 1 1/2 c. Bluberries (frozen or fresh)
Directions
Spray 12 muffin tins with Cooking Spray or use muffin cups.
Put batter into cups and bake.

Apx. 18 Minutes at 400'F
