Sharon's Seriously Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
6 cups kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh (or about 1/2 large bag of fresh kale)2 cups baby carrots1 celery chopped 1 cup, chopped Onions1 cup diced Parsnips 1 cup diced baby red potatoes2 cup Green Beans cut to small pieces1 T Chicken boullion1 T minced garlic1 tsp Onion powder1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Add all cut/chopped veggies to large pot. Add enough water to cover . Add garlic, boullion and other spices and boil for about an hour. Add more water as needed.
You can substitute vegetable base or broth for chicken broth to make this a vegetarian dish.

    I made this thinking it would be awful. BOY was I surprises. It is great. Couldn't find parsnips any where otherwise made it as recipe said. Was really surprised. It is delicious. Will make it over & over again. Give it a try. Is great. - 7/21/17

    I used no salt beef stock instead of the bouillion, but it turned out wonderful! - 4/2/17
