3 large Omelet (egg) .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup Spinich - fresh Queen Victoria baby spinich (by SFRENCH81) 1 oz Chorizo, pork and beef 1 tbsp chopped Shallots 0.2 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
