.75 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 0.75 cup Beets, fresh 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)
Directions
grate carrots and beets in bowl. mix olive oil and red wine vinegar together and pour over grated carrots and beets and mix together
