Crock Pot Pozole - Posole

Ingredients
3 tbsp Olive Oil 2.75lbs Pork tenderloin 1 cup Better Batter (Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour) 30oz Enchilada Sauce 5 cups Chicken Broth 30oz Hominy 1 cup chopped Onions1 cup Green Chili Peppers1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Cumin seed 4 cloves garlic minced1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp paprika1 fl oz Lime Juice
Directions
Cut the pork into bite size pieces and dredge them in the flour. Add oil to a pan and cook the pork over medium heat until browned on all sides.

Place pork and all other ingredients in a crock pot and set on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1.5 cup servings
