Spicy Fat Free Ranch Chicken

Ingredients
*fat free sour cream (16 oz)*powder ranch mix----- Or you can use store bought fat free ranch*Boneless, skinless chicken breasts of chicken fingers*Texas Pete
Directions
The number of servings and such depends on how many chicken breasts of chicken tenders you use.

First you want to make the fat free ranch...
--- Mix the sour cream and ranch according to the directions on the powder...
-----> or you can also use fat free or low cal pre-made ranch, I just choose to make it myself to lower the calories even more than the pre-made stuff...

You take the bone-less, skin-less, chicken breasts or chicken tenders and place them in a baking pan. (note: I like to line the pan with tin foil before placing them in there because it makes clean up quicker and easier)...

Next take your ranch (either pre-made or newly mixed), and add texas pete to it. You mix it to flavor. I like to add a lot because I like HOT hot wings, but you can add as little as a few drops to as much as a few cups.

If you are using home-made ranch you may need to add some water or milk to thin out the mixture.

Then take the spicy ranch concoction and pour it over the chicken. Make sure it covers the chicken totally.

Finally put the chicken in the over and cook at 375 degrees until chicken cooked through-out.

    This chicken was SUPER yummy. We used the hidden valley ranch packs that you can buy at the store and it turned out SOOOOO good!!! - 2/26/10
