Belen's Fried Apple Oatmeal Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup Quaker Oatmeal-- Old Fashioned Quaker Oats 15.84 tsp Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar 3 tsp Baking Powder 1 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving) .25 cup Canola Oil 1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1 serving Apple, Fuji Small, 2 1/2" in diameter, 1 apple (by ARUTHK01) 6 tsp Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 6 tbsp Butter (Country Crock - Original) .25 cup Bisquik, Regular (by MAMASITAOF2)
Directions
Combine DRY ingrediants: flour, oats (cut to make fine), brown sugar, and baking powder.
Combine WET ingrediants: milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
Blend DRY & WET to make muffin mix.
Peel Apple and chop. Mix with brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Microwave 1 minute & stir. Fold into muffin mix.
Bake 18-20 mins at 400 degrees.
