16 oz Chicken Breast, ground (by PLIEN33) 1 tbsp Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing 1 serving Garlic, Minced (2 Clove) (by FULLERTONMOM) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 2 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp nakano natural rice wine vinegar (by GSABASS) 3 tsp Ginger Root 1 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) 1 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts) 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 1 tsp Kosher Salt (by SRATERMAN) 1 dash Pepper, black 1 head, medium (6" dia) Iceberg Lettuce (salad)
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the chicken as it cooks., drain excess fat.
Stir in garlic, onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger and sriracha until onions have become translucent, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in chestnuts and green onions until tender, about 1-2 minutes, season with salt and pepper, to taste.
to serve, spoon several tablespoons of the chicken mixture into the center of a lettuce leaf taco style.
